Calemio is Miox's own product, an appointment and client-management system for dentists, dietitians and physiotherapists. It runs on the web, iOS and Android, with an assistant called Mio. The brand, the product and the content around it all rest on one line: the appointment system that communicates beautifully.
Brand
A ladybug, and Mio
The ladybug mark is identical across the app icon, the splash screen and the logo. Beside it stands Mio, a teal assistant character with a phone in hand. We measured the handoff from the native splash to the animation on iOS: not a single pixel changes, and the animation never makes launch any longer.

Web portal
The clinic's day on one screen
The business portal is the web counterpart of the mobile app. In day view each practitioner has a column, and appointments are colour-coded. The mobile app, the portal, the booking page and the marketing sites all generate their API clients from one OpenAPI source, so nobody writes API calls by hand.

Mobile
Drag, drop, updated
In the staff app you pick a client and drag the appointment to a new slot. When the time changes the client is told, and the edits are listed inside the appointment. New users get an in-app tour where tapping a highlighted spot performs the real action. Releases have reached the stores steadily since May.
Mio
Just ask Mio
Mio books appointments, reads out open slots, finds clients, sums up the day and cancels bookings. It pulls client details from a photo of a handwritten note or a business card. In voice mode it recovers when the connection drops, and when something fails, people see a plain sentence rather than a technical error.
Pre-accounting
No minus signs
Payment screens show no minus signs anywhere. The bank-statement convention made money owed to the business read like its own debt, so we flipped the language. Session packages carry a validity period, and a session is never deducted from a package automatically.

Reminders
Reminders that respect quiet hours
Each client gets a personal SMS with an "are you coming?" link. The business sets the timing, messages wait out quiet hours, and each reminder goes out exactly once. WhatsApp is a second channel for reminders and notifications, sent as template messages.
Content
A guide for every vertical
We make PDF guides and Instagram carousels for dietitians, dentists and physiotherapists, all from one reusable production pipeline. Every text goes through review rounds with practitioners and with several model families, and every claim about Calemio is checked against the code.

Distribution and measurement
From comment to inbox
A comment on Instagram triggers an automatic DM. The landing form writes the email to the CRM, and the guide arrives by email and through an on-screen button. Opens and downloads are logged against each lead. Ad conversions now reach Google Ads and Meta, and marketing copy passes a claims checker before it goes live.
Calemio is in its first months of real use, and we're still building new channels such as voice reception.
