What data we process

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, optionally your company name, your message, the language you used and the date and time you gave consent.

When you visit the site: technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security and operation (IP address, browser and device information, time of the request).

Why we process it and on what legal basis

We process the form data only to answer your request, get in touch with you and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is that processing is directly related to establishing a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in answering your request (Article 5/2-f).

Technical logs are processed to keep the site secure and running, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 5/2-f).

Who it is shared with, transfers abroad

Your form message is delivered to the info@miox.io mailbox through Zoho Mail, our email provider, and processed in Zoho's European Union data centre. The site is hosted on Vercel; technical logs may be processed on Vercel's servers outside Turkey.

This means your data is transferred abroad. The transfer of form data relies on the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form (KVKK Article 9). We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. It may be disclosed to authorities with legal power to request it, within the applicable law.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only two small records needed for the site to work are kept: a cookie that remembers your language and a flag in your browser's session storage so the opening animation isn't shown twice in one session. Neither identifies you.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages for up to 2 years after your request is closed, then delete them. If the request turns into a business relationship, the related records are kept for as long as commercial and tax law requires. If you ask us to delete them, we do so sooner.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad; ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or inaccurate; ask for it to be deleted or destroyed; ask that these actions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your requests to info@miox.io; we answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
